Steve Navaro 
Mr. Navaro is a licensed attorney in Denver, Colorado with Navaro & Associates, specializing in real estate law. He has also been a real estate broker since 1977, and owner of Hallmark Properties since 1981. He founded Alegra Financial in 1999, a national mortgage loan holding and servicing company, doing business in over 30 states. Besides having owned over 200 properties in the US, he also currently owns property in Paris and Tuscany.
Mr. Navaro is a true afficianado of all things French, and has visited Paris on 8 occasions since 2000. In 2006, he handed over the reins of daily operations of his 2 real estate companies to his son, and decided to focus on a passion that had been simmering inside him for many years, the development of fractional ownership of high quality apartments throughout Europe, primarily Paris.
He is married to his beautiful wife and friend, Suzanne and they have 3 children and 12 grandchildren.

Richard Brown 
Rich, as he likes to be called, hails from Bournemouth, England. Easygoing, with a quick smile, Rich brings a decade of property renovation skills to our team, including carpentry, plumbing, and general trade skills. He has been the driving force in the completion of the renovation of Jardin Saint-Paul, paying particular attention to the myriad of small details that make a house a home for our owners.
Rich will also be our "man on the street" in Paris, researching and photographing apartments which we think are possible candidates for fractional ownership. He also is the primary liason for our owners, insuring that each apartment is fully cleaned and prepared for their arrival, and greeting them at the door to familiarize them with the apartment and the neighborhood.
Terry Devers
Terry, a native of Ireland, has resided in Paris for 19 years and speaks fluent French (albeit with an Irish lilt!). He is our general contractor for all renovation or repair work that needs to be performed at the apartments. His strong network of skilled local craftsmen and artisans insures that the highest quality workmanship is handled promptly and in a professional manner. Terry also represents the owners of each project at the quarterly syndic (HOA) meetings to insure that our interests are represented.
Laura Pynson 
Laura was born in Dijon, France and currently calls Paris her home. She is fluent in both French and English, and will assist Rich and Terry with vendor negotiations, owner representation at syndic meetings, as well as insuring smooth coordination between owner stays at our various apartments. She is a welcome (and attractive) addition to our team!
